I attended the Remembrance Day service today at St Giles Cathedral, and took a quick walk down The Royal Mile afterwards.  These veterans were being interviewed by the BBC, just outside The City Chambers.  I would have been interested to know what their story was.
It was a thoughtful and moving morning, followed by a very wet afternoon at the allotment.
