Lake Walk

What a difference a day makes! After yesterday's cold, wet and miserable weather today was bright and fresh. We had a drive out to Harrold for a walk around the lake, as much as anything so that W could have a drive of the new car as she has never driven an 'automatic' before. It is only a short walk but has the advantage of a very nice pub part way round so we stopped off there for a while. There is an island in the middle of the lake which is popular with cormorants; one is drying off his wings here.
