NOVEMBER ORCHID

I'm grateful for autumn morning sunlight and a gift orchid from a friend. I wasn't fit to go out and sing at the Remembrance Sunday service today, so decided to set up my "new" refurbished laptop - the one that took over a fortnight to send because they were testing it - only to find that the CD/DVD drive doesn't seem to work. Sweary words were uttered. I popped out for some comfort food essential supplies and a bottle of wine medication.
