Artichokes

Artichokes in the kitchen garden at Speke Hall.

I love NT properties but am always a little disappointed when we go to Speke.... I think it is because of the lack of decent grounds for walking ....

Nonetheless it was an outing and a couple of hours of fresh air on a rather grey and dull day!
