Night run

This the view from the top of the Pentlands at night. I joined our local outdoor shop for an innov8 kit night. This was a opportunity to try out shoes, jackets and torches. We headed up Allermuir from Swanston - a fair hike up the hills! I was the slowest of the runners going up the hill and had a close miss with a highland cow who took unbridge at me going through its field. Tho to be honest I think it freaked out the back marker guy I was chatting to more as he spotted the cow's horn proximity to my back. It was awesome being out in the dark, it was a clear sky so has great views of the stars too. A tough evening run for me but a fab one.
