Heavy dew

I went outside early today, ahead of a busy day. Everywhere was very wet after a soggy day yesterday and a heavy dew this morning. These cyclamen are almost the last bit of colour in our garden.
We had lunch at the golf club again! This time we took our family, son J, d-I-l M with their two sons, George and Jake. They all tucked in to the carvery with relish. Afterwards we came home and lit the fire, chatted about Christmas plans and their holiday plans, and then played our favourite dictionary game. They went home happy, and have just rung to say they got home safely.
