Victorian Tea Rooms

Went out for the afternoon with my lovely friend Jane.
After Tea & Scones at the Towner Art Gallery we went for a refreshing walk along the Seafront & ended up on the Pier where we found this unusual Tea Rooms, here we stopped for another cuppa as we watched Low Tide appear.
