Waggy wagtail

On a Friday, is there a cheerier chappie to get the weekend started than Mr Waggy Wagtail?

Unfortunately, I snapped this when he was standing on a rather grey bit of pavement so it couldn't look more Monday morning if it tried. Sorry Waggy Wagtail!
