Blazin Mad.

Decided to go for new fires so off we went to a certain supplier in the city.
Customer service - nil points !
Two females sit in office & see us, only two of us in showroom & continue chatting. After walking around for 15 mins waiting for someone to show face (nothing) we went to the counter. She emerged we asked if anyone was available & her reply was Oh thought you were just browsing.
Given that you may spend £2000-4000 is it not usual to expect bit more customer care or am I being a old fart !
