We were invited to Paddy and Michelle's for a get together for one of the squash guy's John, 75th birthday. Pretty impressed that he still plays squash even after having had a stroke on court, and I don't mean his score.

Our contribution was a pud so I thought I would try the tiramisu again. I got the cream to be a bit firmer so I could pipe it onto the biscuits and the whole thing survived the 17km drive to the party.

There was a couple of complaints though but because there was not enough for everyone to have seconds.

It was a great afternoon.
