Dachau

Slightly different feel to today from yesterday. Not a Schloss, but a Concentration Camp Memorial.

This is the doorway into the Jewish Memorial there.

It seemed strange to be in a place representing pretty much the darkest of all humanity can do, on a gloriusly sunny day. At times, the place looked beautiful, yet you knew what went on there - and it was as far removed from beauty as it is possible to get.
