Steamed Dolly

I bought noodles I hadn't tried before, cheong fun noodles, which are sort of a flat rice sheet rolled up with shrimp and spring onion! I steamed them in the bamboo steamer and made a sauce to go with them, I thought they were very tasty! I am going to my venepuncture training day tomorrow, quite nervous!
