Salad Days

I wish the weather would confirm - another day when its raining.
However, as I'm dragging the chain health wise my good man prepared this lovely crunchy meal - lettuce from the garden, beetroot preserved from last year crop.  It was delicious, but I couldn't eat it all.

I've taken the easy option today and previous blips....I won't be commenting until I'm feeling AOK.
