Local Park

I took my Aunt out for lunch. So I opted for a short walk around my local park - The Bramptons - to enjoy a bit of fresh air and Autumn colour.

The figure sat on the park bench is a statue installed in 2014 to mark the 100th anniversary of the First World War. The Testament of Youth write Vera Brittain was also a native of Newcastle-under-Lyme.
