Worrying Water

Riding back home after a bike race we came across this drama unfolding. Several police cars lined up on the side of the road, the police launch in the bay and then the Search & Rescue helicopter arrived. Could not tell exactly what had happened but guessed it would probably be a fishing or diving accident. Continued home to read on the local police bulletin that a dinghy had sunk and one person is missing. Neither occupant was wearing a life jacket. The harbour was like glass today - hard to believe that it is still very dangerous.
