New arrivals

Two new arrivals to our feeders today.
They soon flew off as soon as I got the camera out, and so here they are high up on next door's roof.  I'm sure he is looking straight at me.
Feral pigeons I believe. City pigeons  ( gone wild from dovecotes and pigeon-houses) Once used as carrier pigeons.
I love the gorgeous iridescent plumage on the neck.

I was hoping for a moon shot,  but no such luck. Haven't seen it once.
