Fingers Crossed ...

Today Mr. W and I were shown an apartment that we fell in love with.  Fingers crossed all goes well with the financial dickering about to ensue (I positively loathe this part of real estate buying!), and that we will end up with our full time Boston apartment!  It's been a long-held dream to move to a bigger apartment on a higher floor in the same building we currently live in, and to make it our only residence.  Send all good thoughts and prayers our way for a happy outcome!
