A day in the life of a shoebox!
Another very productive day at the warehouse.
So what do we do?
Our boxes arrive to us by hand, car, minibus, van, we will accept delivery by any manner!
They are put into cages and taken to the processing room.
They are all processed - money for postage removed, any broken or unsuitable items removed. If necessary the box may be topped up with a few fillers.
The box next goes to the packing room where it is sealed with special tape, to show at customs that nothing else has been added without authorisation.
The boxes are then crated up and moved to the storage room for delivery to the export centre in a couple of weeks time.
Then transported overseas.
Given to a child who probably has never had a gift at Christmas - or perhaps any other time of the year.
WOW!
