I enjoyed the mountain bike ride so much during the week that I thought I would have another go this morning. 19C at 7:30 this morning - incredible.

Swallowed a fly for the fourth day in a row. Must be a record.

Friends round this afternoon for some food and drink so I'll get an opportunity to undo any good this morning's exercise might have done.
