I've realized something today as I sort, give away, donate and throw out the things from my past life.
I realized you can't turn back time, cant undo what has already been done, or even spoken. You also can't remove any guilt or regrets you might have from your past. You, just need to move forward even if it's terrifying. Showing feelings doesn't make you weak . It makes you strong.

The start of my new journey has begun.
