Happiness is a Woodland Walk
There is, in my opinion, no better way to de-stress than to walk in woodland. Even on a grey day like today, tired from too little sleep and too much nonsense, it is impossible not to be happy. There are studies that show walking in the woods is good for you. I don't need a study. /|\
This is the first, quick, edit from a series of pictures I took today at Woodchester in Gloucestershire. I'll have days of fun looking at the rest before some go to Flickr. I can't do too much more today though... I may have broken the Janet on the zip-wire and tree swings.
