Reality check (again)

OK I've had a fairly rotten year

but last night a friend in the USA posted on Facebook that her 4 year-old grandson had contracted the worst form of e-coli
His red blood cells are almost wiped out, he has had seizures and his kidneys are shutting down 

he's getting the best of care (luckily his parents did have insurance) but Lesley posted she'd acquired some Marmite for his favourite treat sandwiches
I said I would have the same for breakfast to send a cyber hug to him

so here's my Marmite love for Simon
