Poker Face

I was playing poker and drew two cards hoping to pull off an inside royal flush.  It was worth the chance and the risk paid off. I won two bucks in the form of a two-dollar bill.

Wait, I cannot tell a lie. I wasn't playing cards but there is an interesting story behind this bill.

On the first day of issue, April 13, 1976, I went to the bank and picked one up. I then headed to the post office, placed a first class stamp on the back and had the stamp postmarked (see the extra). This particular bill has never been in circulation.
