Lunch

After feeding Bo first thing this morning we went to Addenbrookes Hospital for another long day in Clinic Fourteen. Due to various examinations that have to be done, several visits were made, by me to the concourse for coffee etc. We left the clinic just after 1800 hours, so a very long day. Another visit tomorrow and then one another one on Monday!

Today’s picture is my lunch, a Marks and Spencer gluten-free, cheese, salad and pickle sandwich, together with a large Costa latte.
