Stretch and reach and stretch and reach.......

Ann B asked me to let her see the garden room now we have moved the equipment into it, so here it is. We were going to buy a rowing machine for an additional workout and my niece came up with the great idea of doing an exercise video, so here you have me doing my exercises to a video on you tube.

I also use the running machine which is too small for Robin's stride and he uses the cross tracker which for some reasons strains my back. 

In case you are wondering, the track on the floor is the start of Robin's plans for this year's Chrimbletown display. He's been checking out the area for the train so he can build a big enough trestle table.
