Different angle

I was in Lichfield today for a fascinating study morning on the subject of Renoir.  As I parked the car, I was reminded how lucky I am to live so close to this beautiful cathedral.

I was tempted to crop the unsightly modern buildings from this shot, but decided that half the appeal is that the spires and the blue sky can be set against the casual ugliness.
