Wet, sunny and windy...

...all rolled into a space of a few hours! This photo is of a japanese maple (acer palmatum) we have in our front garden. Each autumn the leaves turns into a glorious red - it's starting to drop now :-(

After a busy few days of running around like a headless chciken and appointments, I had a very quiet morning at home with Soph before she went to the nursery at lunchtime where we got caught up in a squall - fortunately we were in the car!

Tomorrow's weather is forecasted to be sunny - I hope!
