View from the Settee!

We are hanging in there, propping our eyelids up with matchsticks!  After a day's worth of travelling; cheerful staff at Hartford Airport; empty seat next to me (Yay!); snuffly nose; Independence Day Resurgence (seriously cheesy!); several episodes of True Detective; dodgy chicken curry;  cereal bar for breakfast; painful ears; much turbulence; sleet and wind on take off in the turbo prop from Dublin; no sleep; sunrise over Leeds Bradford; five bags on the carousel (two of them ours) and taxi home, we've had warming baths and I climbed into my pj's and this is the view I've had since.  Roll on bedtime!
