What a Difference a Day Makes!

My lovely yellow tree has lost most of its leaves since yesterday! Horrid rain and wind today.

Jack is just starting a daily journey to London stint for the next month. But I get to stay snug at home which is lovely. I have a straightforward writing contract to be getting on with and a bit of preparation for Fireside Stories, our annual pub evening of poems, songs and stories.

Hard to believe this time last week we were sitting in the sun!
