Pickles.

I do love a pickle, but home made ones do come at a cost. The cost is not really a financial one but more a tear duct one. The tissues box is an essential item in home pickling. I'm sure these shallots in sherry vinegar will be delicious. I'm counting on tears of joy, probably/hopefully on Boxing Day
