Humpty Dumpty (& Olivia & Dex) sat on the wall...

We had a trip to Alnwick today with my parents. First of all they wanted to show us Barter Books which is a rambling, quirky secondhand bookstore, with open fires, armchairs and model trains running between the bookcases. We loved it and needless to say it was difficult getting Olivia away.


From here we headed to Alnwick Castle gardens where hubby, me and the kids took part in the Fairytale quest to try and save Beauty. We had to follow the map and solve clues which was a lot of fun. On the way we found poor Humpty Dumpty!
