Olympic legacy

Well I'm not sure if this was the idea of the olympics! I'm sure we should all be running down to our local athletics track and doing real track and field events, but it was good fun to try our hands at the olympic game on the xbox. It was also a lovely thing to do with all four of us. We mastered the javelin but did not break Usain's record in the 100m. It was great fun - particularly the archery - and even a non-computer gamer like me was able to join in.

Ran again at lunchtime - 4.78 km in 35 minutes. Really pleased that the office refurbishments included the installation of a shower.
