Spatter Free

S's frittata has definitely been the highlight of the day but you'll have to just imagine it 'cos it's been spatter-proofed. Had to relocate most of the stuff in the freezer this afternoon (thanks G!) since, hopefully, the new one's arriving tomorrow. But all the veggie odds & ends ended up in the frying pan. So it was a spinach, pea, sweetcorn and sweet potato frittata. Pretty awesome!
I'm washing it down with a Weizen now. Just because I can.
