Banksy??

I live in Bristol . Every bit of black and white graffiti must be Banksy? Or maybe a copier? Or maybe a fraudster ? Or maybe a follower? Or does it matter? If you like it , great. And if you don't? It's your prerogative. Do I care? Always!
