Eat it up Yum!

Do you have any idea how hard it is to make a meal that suits everyone?

I have been trying to lose weight so for dinner, no carbs and half a plate of salad plus shrimp, fish or meat is best.

Other people are bemoaning the lack of carbs and saying that my dinners have too much protein in them and that they are not meant to eat meat or seafood. They also need to keep their sodium low.

At a push I will do a bit of carb and veg but no protein.

Here is a compromise dinner..... home made vegetable curry with rice.

Though I say it myself, it was rather good!
