Anyone got a ladder?

Delivery people rang at 7.30am to say they would bring mattress between 11am and 1pm.  They arrived 1.05 and I have now got the bed made up. We had he pine base made above normal height so I could clean easily underneath when my asthma was bad.  The deeper mattress is almost 4inches bigger than the old one, hence the need for a ladder.
Stayed in the warm catching up with the washing and getting the spare bedroom back to normal.  Washing machine is leaking from the inlet joint again - always something to sort out!
