Hospital Day

I had to go for a check up on my shoulder today, I saw the same guy that did the operation, he seemed happy enough with my progress and was pleased the pain  was manageable. (See extra, I asked for a copy of my Exray).
We then went to the Gatherer Community Cafe in Ennerdale for Bacon Butties, then back via Loweswater and Crummock.
