Between these two photos of Rosina and Simon (cousins) and still more like brother and sister which is really nice. Simon's birthday today and the family got together for a home cooked Mexican meal and cocktails. Food was delicious and the cocktails were interesting, especially my mojito which was like swamp water with a touch of mouth wash.

Cliff and Hillary round for dinner tomorrow. Crab and avocado tian, slow cooked beef short ribs and a cheese board. Should be good, might even be generous and put some cheese on that cheeseboard.
