Bake me a cake as fast as you can!

What happens when a three-year-old puts a mixer at the highest speed after you've added flour to cake batter? You get a new appreciation for flour power! This evening my grandson Gavin, his mommy and I baked a birthday cake for his daddy. It's hilarious to watch a three-year-old crack an egg, put baking soda in milk and turn the mixer on the highest power. His giggles and smiles will remain forever in my memory, as well as the pictures of all of us covered with flour. Tomorrow it will be interesting to watch him frost the cake. We will have to make sure our clothes are well protected!
