dancing Nia with Becky

I finally got myself back to Nia dance fitness on Sundays in Sarasota! the class is about 1/2 hour drive from where I live, so during the summer when it was hot I got rather lazy. Sundays are a great day - the traffic is very light. And, oh! What a feeling!! I was dancing on the ceiling!! :o) It certainly felt wonderful to return to a body-mind-spirit dance fitness program, Nia.
