Mud

This daft pair decided it was a good plan to use a grassy slope rather than a proper path on their way home from school. Look at the state of them! They were covered in wet mud. It made me laugh and laugh that they were so silly. They didn't appreciate my laughter and were feeling very grumpy about having slipped on the muddy slope. Eventually C agreed it was quite funny, D however declared it was just annoying. I think some pride might have been hit! Needless to say the washing machine was put on as soon as we got home and they now have nice clean jackets and rucksacks! I'm hoping they will learn from this and use the path next time :-D
