Peace and Calm?

A beautiful summers afternoon, blue sky, countryside and a still stream, so calm and tranquil..................or was it?

I learnt another lesson today. Never take a water and bird mad spaniel out when you want to photograph water and birds????

I am now very stressed (pheasant flew in my face nearly), perspiring ( not with heat, trying to keep tabs on him), have nettle and thistle stings as well as muddy wet feet and trousers.

He also managed to get on every photo but this one......he's posted the rest on his facebook page - Moss Spaniel!
