...our last day in Peru in the capitol of Lima.
Those on the team who had not yet met their Compassion sponsored child in Piura got to meet them here, and spend time together at the harbor. The rest of the team got a tour of the city.
Then at the end of the day we regrouped and went shopping at the Handicraft Market. Here is a team mate modeling an Alpaca wool cap.
Our flight to the US was due to leave at 12:50 a.m., but was delayed by Obama's visit. We finally took off at 2:20 a.m.
