Fence peeking

We didn't know what Dave was growing on his side of the new fence...we just hoped it wasn't a hedge. Anyway, imagine my surprise when I briefly looked up from the mowing (on the hottest day of the year so far) and spot three sunflowers poking their big heads above the fence. Sadly I'm not that keen on sunflowers but Ms GW loves them. I do like the fact that they're yellow.
