Today

did not go according to plan. Up early, dogs walked, then himself rings and says I've sent him out on calls with incomplete info. So I put my chores on hold, find the customers number and duly ring and swap appointments around.
Then we had a delivery for a neighbour, and I knew she was walking her dog and would be round for her parcel soon, so again I put the car keys down.
Finished my chores, just getting ready to go out and hubby rings again. He's finished his calls so on his way home, we can have some lunch together and then he'll take the dogs out. In the car.
So an emergency blip was required and this time the fireplace is the lucky recipient!
And tomorrow looks like rain all day.......
