On top of the world....well the Pentlands at least

Had a great night away with the missus camping on top of Hare Hill in the Pentlands just south of Edinburgh.

Mum and Dad looked afterthe kids for a night so with bike trailer loaded we headed for the hills - after a bit of a slog to get to the top we eventually reached our destination - tent was pitched, food cooked and coffee consumed!!!!

This was the view that greeted us in the morning....well worth all the effort - and as for the cycle back to the car...........it was all downhill!!
