Insomnia cure is to be up and about for 21 hours straight.... finally walked in through the door UK time 01.30.  Quick snack then hit the sack and slept for hours and yet it was still only 8.30, officially, when I got up.  Heavy frost everywhere. Gosh. Haven't seen that for a long time.
Nice quiet day , sorting stuff , Wales v Japan rugby in the afternoon. Bro arrived @ 17.00 and a couple of hours later we headed off to the Fox and Raven, with friend, for dinner and a pint or two  Timothy Taylor.   The pub is all decked out for Christmas and the open log fire was mesmeric and comforting.   It's a bit weird to get on a plane in beautiful Autumn very warm don't need a jacket  Istanbul sunshine, and land in where's my hat and gloves  winter  England.  But it's good to be home.
