Skull tank

I spotted this bike tank today, got me thinking that if this person was to hit the back of a car or something (hopefully not) it could be very dangerous. the teeth are raised above the tank 2- 3 inches..It doesn't take a genius to work out out that something below is going to get ripped off..Or bit off..
