Drummer in the middle

Working at a Big Music Project Champions Development Day which gives young people an opportunity to see what it takes to work in the music industry as both performers or as the people who make the business happen. I used to be a drummer and so when I was taking a band shot I encouraged the drummer to get front and centre instead of the usual position at the back.
