Castle Crag Quarry

A spectacular day up Borrowdale although the light went so quick ... by the time I got down I thought it must be close to 4 ... it was only 2.30.  I'm usually wary of the 'Bradbury' effect (Julia Bradbury walked up here for one of her TV programmes) but not many folk had made it this far up the valley today so it was wonderfully quiet and still full of colour.
